It made my mood so much brighter.

Ugh, I feel sick.

Whoever said breakfast was awesome, lied. I had a whole wheat bagel with turkey bacon and american cheese along with a french vanilla capuccino and strawberry yogurt (with flaxseed meal) and I’m about to vomit.

It may be the cappuccino.

Or the cheese. 

I’m lactose intolerant. Yogurt doesn’t bother me but….

Cheese is a bad idea. 

WHYYYY?! Because that’s all that was available. Seriously, it’s so hard to get breakfast on my campus at 10:30 am. It baffles me that people stop serving breakfast at fucking 10:30!? And even 11. IF IT SAYS “AM” ON YOUR CLOCK, IT IS STILL MORNING TIME AND YOU NEED TO PROVIDE SOME FUCKING BREAKFAST. The whole “we start lunch at 10:30 shit” is not cool. Now I’m stuck with a tummy ache because this was all that was available for me to eat :/

I was so hungry….

I ordered the garbage plate at my campus dining hall. And although it looked like garbage it tastes AMAZING. But is it worth compromising my fucking weight goal? How the hell do I stay on track when I have SO many temptations?

I give in too easily. Way too easy. Maybe I should think of campus food as my enemy and imagine it killed my pet.

In other news, while in class I devised a serious plan I’m going to tackle starting this weekend, by weekend, I mean tomorrow. 

SKIN, HAIR AND EXERCISE REGIMENS!!!!

& yes I do plan to follow through on them. I’m having trouble choosing better food on campus but I never have any trouble exercising or taking care of my hair and skin.
